Therapy as an Investment
Therapy is a significant financial commitment, and it’s natural to consider the cost. But it’s also worth considering the cost of leaving problems unaddressed. Relationship distress, anxiety, unresolved conflict, and emotional pain can affect your health, work, relationships, and overall quality of life.
While no therapist can guarantee specific outcomes, therapy is an investment in your well-being, your relationships, and your ability to live more fully. The skills, insight, and lasting changes you develop often continue to benefit you long after therapy has ended, making it one of the most meaningful investments you can make in yourself and the people you care about.

Insurance & superbills
Our private practice does not accept insurance, but we can provide you statements for you to submit an out-of-network claim with your insurance provider. For therapy clients, I can provide a monthly superbill you may submit to your insurer for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Reimbursement depends on your plan; I recommend calling your insurer’s member services before starting.
Coaching is not a mental health service and is not eligible for insurance reimbursement.
Good faith estimate
Under the No Surprises Act, you have the right to a Good Faith Estimate of the expected cost of your care. You will receive one after our consultation and can request one at any time.
